I happened to have met my team lead, Isioma John, only twice, because I’m a student in the diaspora (studying in Ghana). But those two times were enough for me to see how exceptional she is on the job, and how considerate and caring she is to her subordinates. She has exceptionally shown us that even a novice on the job can grow and make sales.
I remember the last time we met, there was a crisis (I didn’t have enough funds to return home after a seminar) — she was generous enough to cater for my transportation fare. This was proof to me that she is a leader who holds every one of her subordinates in her heart.
